What does PMI Authorized Training Partner actually mean?

It means PMI has vetted PMO Evolution as an approved provider and licensed us to teach with official PMI courseware. Your contact hours and PDUs come from an authorized source, and the material you study is aligned to what PMI tests, not a third party's interpretation of it.

How do I know I will be ready for the exam?

Every program includes full-length simulators taken under real exam conditions and scored per domain on a readiness dashboard. You start with a baseline before any teaching, check your trend at the midpoint, and finish with a full dress rehearsal. Which certification should I pursue first?

If your work centers on building or running a PMO, start with the PMI-PMOCP. If you are a senior leader responsible for selecting, funding, and balancing a portfolio of programs and projects, the PfMP is the target. Not sure?
