Kickoff: The Exam, the Application, and How This Exam Thinks
The credential, eligibility, your application plan, exam logistics, and platform orientation. Plus the anatomy of a PMI-PMOCP question and the value-driven pattern behind most right answers.
PMI Module 1: Introduction
PMO fundamentals, customer centricity, PMO success factors and competencies, and the PMO Customer Experience Cycle that organizes the entire official curriculum. Module Exam 1 and Lab 1 follow at home.
PMI Module 2: Exploration
Stakeholders and personas, needs assessment, organizational culture and maturity, and engagement skills: the primary treatment of Domains I, III, and VI. Module Exam 2 and Lab 2 follow.
PMI Module 3: Design
The heavyweight module: services and the value proposition, mandate and charter, strategy, governance, and competencies. Module Exam 3, Lab 3, and then Simulator 2, your full 120-question midpoint, taken during the catch-up week.

The weekly rhythm
One live 2.5-hour session per week with a short break, every session taught live: nothing in this program is delivered on demand. From Week 2, sessions open with a rapid warmup and a debrief of your take-home module exam, then 75 to 85 minutes teaching PMI's official module, then the exam gym, where situational questions get dissected out loud. Labs launch in class and are completed at home on the Meridian Foods running case, building week by week into a PMO Blueprint you keep. Add 2 to 3 hours of independent work per week and the readiness dashboard tracks every score along the way.

Three full-length simulators under real conditions give you a baseline, a midpoint trend, and a final readiness check, all scored per domain on your readiness dashboard. When your final simulator crosses the 75% readiness signal, you book your exam with evidence, and if it lands short, you get an honest read and a personal gap plan on your timing instead.

Common Questions
Am I eligible for the PMI-PMOCP exam?
PMI requires 36 months of project experience (an active PMI project management credential also qualifies you) plus 10 hours of PMO education. This course provides 20 contact hours, double the education requirement, and Week 1 includes a full application walkthrough. How long do I keep access to the materials?
Two clocks, stated up front so nobody is surprised. PMI's official exam prep materials: one full year, matching your exam eligibility window. The PMO Evolution practice platform, including the simulators, drill bank, labs, and practice templates: your 8-week cohort plus 60 days after.
How do I know when I am ready to book the exam?
You will see it. Simulator 1 gives you a per-domain baseline before any teaching, Simulator 2 shows your midpoint trend, and Simulator 3 is your full dress rehearsal. When your final simulator reaches the 75% readiness signal, the data says book it. PMI's exam and retake fees are paid to PMI and are separate from this course.
What is your refund policy?
Strict, and stated up front. Refund less a $150 administrative fee within 7 days of purchase, provided the course has not started and you have not accessed course content. After that, enrollment is final: your seat is held in a capped cohort and your PMI kit is issued. If life intervenes, you can transfer your seat once to the next cohort free of charge before the second live session. Payment plans commit you to the full price regardless of attendance. Is the PMI exam fee included?
No. PMI charges the exam fee separately and it varies with PMI membership status. Your enrollment covers the full prep program, PMI's official courseware, the complete assessment engine, and the contact hours the certification requires.
What if I miss a live session?
Life happens, and cohorts of 10 to 20 make it manageable. Reach out and we will get you caught up 1:1 before the next session, and the two built-in catch-up weeks exist precisely so one heavy week at work never derails your preparation.
When does the next cohort start?
The next cohort runs September 29 to December 1, 2026. Live sessions are Tuesdays at 7:00 PM ET, with two built-in catch-up weeks mid-course. Can you run this for our whole PMO team?
Yes. Can I pay in installments?
Yes. At checkout you can pay in full or split your enrollment into 3 monthly payments. Many of our students invest in this credential personally rather than through a company budget, and the payment plan exists exactly for that. If your employer does reimburse training, your enrollment receipt and the 20 contact hours documentation give you everything a reimbursement request typically needs.
