PMO Evolution ("we," "us," or "our") is a PMO strategy and Smartsheet implementation consultancy. We operate through PMO Evolution LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and an affiliated Canadian entity of JBF Consulting Group Ltd., an Alberta-based corporation. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to pmoevolution.com, our registration and lead capture forms (including forms hosted on LinkedIn and other third-party platforms), our newsletter, our events and webinars, and our services.

1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you register for an event or webinar, subscribe to our newsletter, book a meeting, download a resource, or contact us, we may collect:
- Your first and last name
- Work email address
- Job title or role
- Company or organization name
- LinkedIn profile URL
- Your responses to registration or qualification questions, such as the tools your team uses, your team size, or the challenges you are facing
- Any other information you choose to share with us in messages, forms, or meetings
Information collected through third-party platforms. When you register for one of our events through LinkedIn, book time through Calendly, or interact with us on other platforms, those platforms share your registration details with us. Those platforms also process your information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site, measure the performance of our content, and improve your experience. This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring links. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Deliver the event, resource, or service you requested
- Follow up with you after an event or download, including to answer questions or explore whether our services are a fit for your organization
- Send you our newsletter, PMO insights, Smartsheet tips, and occasional updates about our services and events, where you have consented to receive them
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Deliver consulting and implementation services under our agreements with clients
- Improve our website, content, and services
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Consent and Email Communications
We send commercial electronic messages only with your consent, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, and other applicable laws.
When you check a consent box on one of our forms, you are agreeing to receive emails from PMO Evolution, including follow-up about the session or resource you registered for, ongoing PMO insights, Smartsheet tips, and occasional updates on our services and events.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking that link or by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional or service-related communications, such as event confirmations or messages related to an active engagement.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only in limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use trusted third-party providers to operate our business, such as email marketing platforms, scheduling tools, web hosting, analytics providers, and customer relationship management systems. These providers process your information only on our instructions and are contractually required to protect it.
- Professional advisors. We may share information with lawyers, accountants, and similar advisors where necessary.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PMO Evolution, our clients, or others.

PMO Evolution operates in both Canada and the United States, and our service providers may store or process data in either country or elsewhere. Lead and registration information is typically retained while there is an active relationship or reasonable prospect of one, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of your information at any time as described below.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information in a manner appropriate to its sensitivity.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email where appropriate.
